The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aaa ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests that have been verified and approved prior to termination will be processed in the normal course. Balances associated with accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be forfeited at aaa ph's discretion.
You may close your aaa ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
aaa ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the address on file. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
